to draw closer to him. Come, let us listen to a spiritually uplifting event in this regard.
When the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was ten (10) years old, he travelled to Yemen with his uncle, Zubayr. During the journey, they passed through a valley where a male camel was preventing people from passing. When the camel saw the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, it sat down and started rubbing its chest on the ground. Then the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم dismounted from his own camel and rode the other camel. Once they crossed the valley, he let it go.
When they returned from the journey, they found the valley filled with water, so the entire caravan stopped there. The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, "Follow me." He entered the valley with the Quraysh following behind him, and Allah Almighty caused the water to dry up. When they returned to Makkah, they told everyone about this event, and upon hearing it, they said, "The status of this child is unique." [1]
