(2) Inviting the family towards pious deeds
Dear Islamic brothers! The second attribute of Sayyidunā IsmāꜤīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم is mentioned as:
وَ كَانَ یَاْمُرُ اَهْلَهٗ بِالصَّلٰوةِ وَ الزَّكٰوةِ۪-
And he would command his family to pray and give zakat (alms).[1]
سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه! This is also a beautiful attribute. Sayyidunā IsmāꜤīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم held a very high rank. He would invite his nation to righteousness, and along with this, he would command his family members to do good.
The Harms of Not Guiding Family Members
Dear Islamic brothers! This is a very important responsibility. We must also pay attention to the reformation of our family members. Unfortunately, our society today is declining.
Young people in society are losing their way and becoming aimless.
Indecency is increasing day by day.
The youth wander around the streets causing disturbance.
Respect for elders is decreasing.
The desire to visit the masājid is constantly decreasing.
Distance from religious knowledge is growing.
Muslims have forgotten the purpose of life and are only engaged in eating, drinking, and pursuing worldly pleasures.
People do not even know the basic beliefs of Islam.
They are unaware of the essential rulings required for a Muslim.
Young people have very little knowledge about purity and impurity.
Faith is weakening and all kinds of evils are rising in society. You are also aware
