    3. Angels will visit our home.

    4. The sinless angels of Allah will praise Allah Almighty while staying in our home.

    5. And they will pray for our forgiveness.

    These are great virtues. It is the occasion of Eid; if you are lucky enough to have guests visit your home, keep these narrations in mind and host them in a good way. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه! For the whole year, the home will become a place of goodness and blessings.

    The Etiquettes of Hospitality

    Dear Islamic brothers! Hospitality is a praiseworthy and righteous action. However, it is sad that, firstly, we do not do this pious deed with the intention of gaining reward. Secondly, people do not follow the etiquettes of this good action. Sometimes, when a guest arrives, it leads to various sins. For example:

    1. Not following the rules of proper veiling. People should observe veiling from maternal and paternal cousins, and from the wives of maternal and paternal uncles, but usually, this is ignored. In this way, sins are committed.

    2. Similarly, sometimes the guest or the host ends up hurting each other's feelings.

    3. There are many other situations where problems occur because the etiquettes of hosting guests are not followed. Sometimes even fights and arguments happen.

    Anyhow, it is a special feature of our Shariah that it does not only mention the virtues of pious deeds, but it also teaches the etiquettes and the best ways to perform those deeds. Therefore, we should also learn the etiquettes of hospitality.

    How to Respect a Guest

    It is stated in a Hadith: اِذَا جَاءَکُمُ الزَّائِرُ فَاَکْرِمُوْہُ  “When a visitor comes to you, honour
