Book Name:Amīr Ahl al-Sunnah’s Love for Islamic Scholars
The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: اَفْضَلُ الْعَمَلِ اَلنِّيَّۃُ الصَّادِقَۃُ – “The best of deeds is a sincere intention.”[1]
Dear Islamic brothers! Make it a habit to form good intentions before every action, as good intentions can lead one to Paradise. Before listening to the speech, we can make the following good intentions:
1. I will listen to the entire speech to gain knowledge.
2. I will sit respectfully.
3. I will avoid being lazy.
4. I will listen with the intention of self-improvement.
5. I will try to convey what I learn to others.
