The Greatest Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: The one who recites this durūd upon me, my intercession will become Wājib for him.^[1]

1. Good deeds for 1000 days

جَزَی  اللّٰہُ  عَنَّا  مُحَمَّدًا  مَا  ھُوَ  اَھْلُہٗ

It is narrated from Sayyidunā Ibn ‘Abbās رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا that the Noble Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘For the one who recites this supplication, seventy angels write good deeds (in his account) for 1000 days.’^[2]

2. An easy way to spend every night in worship

The Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘If anyone recites the following du’a three times at night it is as if he has found Layla-tul-Qadr.’ Here is the du’a:

لَاۤ   اِلٰهَ   اِلَّا  اللّٰهُ  الْحَلِيْمُ  الْكَرِيْمُ

سُبْحٰنَ  اللّٰهِ  رَبِّ  السَّمٰوٰتِ  السَّبْعِ   وَ  رَبِّ  الْعَرْشِ  الْعَظِيْم

Translation: There is none worthy of worship except Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ Who is   ‘حَلِيۡم’ and ‘كَرِيۡم’. Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ is ‘سُبۡحَان’, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the magnificent Throne.
