3.(وَ يُحِبُّوۡنَ الۡخَلۡقَ وَ يَنۡسَوۡنَ الۡخَالِقَ): They will love creation and forget the Creator.
4.(وَ يُحِبُّوۡنَ الۡذُّنُوۡبَ وَ يَنۡسَوۡنَ التَّوۡبَةَ): They will love sins and forget repentance.
5.(وَ يُحِبُّوۡنَ الۡقُصُوۡرَ وَ يَنۡسَوۡنَ الۡمَقۡبَرَةَ): They will love palaces and forget the graveyard.’[1]
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! To develop love for Allah, let’s listen to seven signs of ‘Divine love’ in the light of the Quran, hadith, and sayings of the pious predecessors:
1.Reciting the Glorious Quran, reading its translation and commentary, and understanding it are signs of Divine love. When the pious servants of Allah Almighty listen to His Kalam and reflect upon it, tears begin to flow from their eyes. In verse 83 of Sūrah Al-Mā’idah, part 7, Allah Almighty has stated:
وَ اِذَا سَمِعُوْا مَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَى الرَّسُوْلِ تَرٰۤى اَعْیُنَهُمْ تَفِیْضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُوْا مِنَ الْحَقِّۚ-
And when they hear that which was revealed to the Messenger, you will see their eyes fill with tears as they have recognised the truth.[2]
In the book of Maktaba-tul-Madina, Mukāshafa-tul-Qulūb, it is written on page 63:
True love is manifested through three things:
1.The lover regards the words of the beloved as better than the words of others.
2.He considers the company of the beloved superior to all other gatherings.
3.He gives preference to the happiness of the beloved over the
