صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! A Muslim should love Allah Almighty more than anything else, for therein lies the sign and sweetness of faith. Surely, every of us claims, ‘I love my Lord very much’, but unfortunately our deeds are contrary to it;, our character openly denies it. From the way we live, it seems that we are not devoted to our Creator even as much as we are devoted to people.

A wise person said: “Keep yourself busy with good deeds, otherwise you will indulge in bad deeds. Sadly, nowadays many people have become so engaged in bad deeds that they no longer pay attention to good deeds. They worry about this world so much that they have stopped worrying about the Hereafter. They are so absorbed in the love of wealth that they are heedless of the accountability awaiting them on the Day of Judgement. They are so lost in the love of creation that they have forgotten the remembrance of Allah Almighty. They are immersed in sins to the extent that they have abandoned repentance. They are dedicated to constructing splendid houses that they have neglected preparing for the Hereafter.

Reflect for a moment! What were we meant to do, and what are we actually doing? Could this not be the very era which our Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم warned us about centuries ago?

Desire for five, negligence of five

The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said:

)سَيَأۡتِيۡ زَمَانٌ عَلٰي اُمَّتِيۡ يُحِبُّوۡنَ خَمۡسًا وَّ يَنۡسَوۡنَ خَمۡسًا(

An time will soon come upon my Ummah when they will love five and forget five:

1.(يُحِبُّوۡنَ الدُّنۡيَا وَ يَنۡسَوۡنَ الۡاٰخِرَةَ): They will love the world and will forget the Hereafter.

2.(وَ يُحِبُّوۡنَ الۡمَالَ وَ يَنۡسَوۡنَ الۡحِسَابَ): They will love wealth and forget [the Hereafter’s] accountability.
