6. The ṣalāt of intercession

اَللّٰہُمَّ  صَلِّ  عَلٰی  مُحَمَّدٍ  وَّ  اَنْزِلْہُ  الْمَقْعَدَ الْمُقَرَّبَ  عِنْدَكَ  یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ

The Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ has stated, “My intercession becomes necessary (wājib) for whoever recites ṣalāt like this.”^[1]

1. Good deeds for 1000 days

جَزَی  اللّٰہُ  عَنَّا  مُحَمَّدًا  مَا  ھُوَ  اَھْلُہٗ

It is narrated by Sayyidunā Ibn ꜤAbbās رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا that the Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ has stated, “Whoever recites this, 70 angels write good deeds for him for 1,000 days.”^[2]

2. An easy way to spend every night in worship

The Prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ said, “Whoever recites this duꜤāˈ three times, it is as if he found Laylat al-Qadr.”^[3]

لَاۤ   اِلٰهَ   اِلَّا  اللّٰهُ  الْحَلِيْمُ  الْكَرِيْمُ سُبْحٰنَ  اللّٰهِ  رَبِّ  السَّمٰوٰتِ  السَّبْعِ   وَ  رَبِّ  الْعَرْشِ  الْعَظِيْم

There is none worthy of worship except Allah Who is Ḥalīm and Karīm. Allah is pure, Lord of the seven skies and the magnificent ꜤArsh.
