to patience and contentment and remained content with the will of Allah Almighty

Unfortunately, due to distance from Islamic knowledge, people who possess a mindset of patience and forbearance are rarely seen in our society now. It is as if almost every second person appears afflicted with impatience in some way. For example, due to a lack of understanding in religion, upon the death of a young son or daughter, such extreme impatience is shown that, Allah forbid, even blasphemous words are uttered.

If an operation fails, impatience takes hold; if an illness occurs, impatience takes hold; if something is lost, extreme impatience takes hold; if the electricity goes out, extreme impatience takes hold; if the water supply stops, extreme impatience takes hold; if the generator breaks down, extreme impatience takes hold; if customers decrease, extreme impatience takes hold; if the salary payment is delayed, impatience takes hold; if there's a traffic jam, impatience takes hold; if food is too salty or bland, impatience takes hold; if breakfast or lunch is not served on time, impatience takes hold.

If the weather becomes too hot or cold, impatience takes hold; if one is not given the opportunity to recite Hamd or Na'at, impatience takes hold; if someone hurts one's feelings, impatience takes hold; if one doesn't get a good house, impatience takes hold; if mobile signals are weak or the internet does not work, impatience takes hold; if one is not invited to a wedding or banquet, impatience takes hold. In short, this evil affliction of impatience has gripped people involved in almost every sphere of life.

Remember! Calamities, troubles, and illnesses are part of our lives. Therefore, it is certainly not the way of the wise to panic, scream, wail, make constant complaints, and express unnecessary grievances to anyone in such situations. Instead, one should hold firmly to the mantle of patience, remaining content with the will of Allah Almighty on such
