Almighty, and all the internal ailments of his body were healed, and he عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم regained complete health.[1]

Allah Almighty bestowed this favour upon Prophet Ayyūb عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم as a mercy from Himself, and as counsel for the worshippers so that they may learn to be patient in trials and calamities through reflecting upon this incident, and be aware of the immense reward for such patience, thereby earning recompense and rewards.[2]

And ˹remember˺ Ayyūb when he called out to his Lord, “Indeed affliction has befallen me and You are the most Merciful of the merciful.” So We accepted his supplication, then We removed that which he was afflicted with, and We granted him his family and their equivalent with them as mercy from Us and advice for the worshippers.[3]

It is written on pages 181 and 182 of Maktabat-ul-Madinah's book 'Aja'ib al-Quran ma' Ghara'ib al-Quran': It is commonly believed among people, Allah forbid, that Prophet Ayyūb عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم suffered from leprosy. Consequently, many unreliable narratives regarding Prophet Ayyūb's
