Sunnat, دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ, is also a disciple of Sayyiduna Ghous e Aazam         رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه and holds immense love for him. For years, it has been his practice to arrange Niaz (charity meals) for Giyarween Shareef on the 11th night of every Islamic month and to continuously encourage others to do the same. His wish is that every lover of the Prophet consistently observes Giyarween Shareef every month. May we, the devotees of Ghous e Aazam, be granted the ability to carry out this practice with dedication every month.

اٰمِیْنْ بِجَاہِ خاتَمِ النَّبِیّٖن صلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہ ِوَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ

Brief introduction to Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه ! Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه is a very well know personality. He رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه is Hasani Hussaini Syed. His blessed name is Abdul Qadir and teknonymy is Abu Muhammad. His famous titles are مُحْیُ الدِّین (i.e. revival of Religion) and غَوْثُ الثَّقَلَین (i.e. the helper of Jinns and humans). Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه was born in 470AH in Jeelan. He رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه lived for 91 years. He رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه apparently passed away in 561AH.

The reason for calling him the Pir of Giyarhveen

Dear Islamic brothers! Usually, we refer to him as Giyarhveen waley Pir (Spiritual Guide). The Gatherings for conveying reward to Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه are called Giyarhveen Sherif. There are many reasons, for example: The day of his apparent passing away is 11^th Rabi al-Aakhir, this is why he رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه is referred to as the Pir of Giyarhveen. The blessed lineage of Sayyiduna Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه reaches Imam Hasan Mujtaba رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ through 11 intermediaries.^[1] The great thinker of Ummah Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan Naeemi رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه has written another
