our society can become an exemplary one. What are these core principles of the Qadiriyyah order? Let us explore a few of them.

(1) Spiritual Struggle

The first principle of the Qadiriyyah Order is Mujahadah (Spiritual Struggle). It means: to make a consistent effort to reform oneself. Allah Almighty says in the Qur'an:

وَ الَّذِیۡنَ جَاہَدُوۡا فِیۡنَا لَنَہۡدِیَنَّہُمۡ سُبُلَنَا ؕ

And those who strived in Our path, We shall most definitely show them Our ways.^{^[1]}

It becomes clear that whoever sincerely strives to come onto the right path, seeks closeness to Allah Almighty, abandons sins, and frees themselves from bad habits, Allah Almighty grants them guidance to the right way.

That is why Sayyiduna Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه established the foundation of his noble Qadiri order on Mujahadah. Through his teachings, it is as if he is conveying to us, 'O people! Merely talking will not bring about any change; rather, it is essential for each one of us to introspect with fairness, identify our own faults, sins, and bad habits, and then make a determined effort to eliminate those evils and replace them with good habits. When every individual in society starts making this effort, اِنْ شَآءَ اللہُ الْکَرِیْم, improvement will begin, and through its blessings, the entire society will transform into an exemplary one.'

Dear Islamic brothers! That is why we all should start Mujahadah from today. How will this be achieved? Let's listen to a powerful speech of Sayyiduna Ghous e Aazam رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه:
