Book Name:Qiyamat Ke Din Ke Gawah

Judgement for whatever you do today within me.  Do good in me, so I may testify in favour of your good. Once I leave, you will never be able to see me again.” When the night comes, it gives the same announcement.”[1]

4. Kirāman Kātibīn

Kirāman Kātibīn, the angels appointed to write our deeds, will also be witnesses to our actions.

And there are some guardians indeed (appointed) over you. The honourable scribes (i.e. Kirāman Kātibīn). That they know whatever you do.[2]

The final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said:

Man is heedless of life’s purpose. When Allah wills to create a person, he commands an angel (by saying), “Write their sustenance and time of death.” The angel writes and then departs. Another angel is then appointed who protects the individual until their birth.

When a person is born, two angels are appointed alongside them to record their good and bad actions until their death.  When the individual’s time of death arrives, these angels ascend to the skies. When Qiyāmah is established, these angels will approach the individual and place his record of deeds around his neck. One angel will pull him towards the Plain of Gathering, and the other will give testimony concerning him.[3]
