Qiyamat Ke Din Ke Gawah

Book Name:Qiyamat Ke Din Ke Gawah

Allah shall say, “I know. Admit all (your) sins, I shall pardon you and grant you Paradise.”

The person will admit to all his sins and then made to enter Paradise.  Following this, the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم smiled until his molar teeth were visible, saying, “This individual will have the lowest rank in Paradise. So, how shall the one above him be?”[1]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

O those who love Allah’s Messenger! That sinner will be forgiven by Allah and made to enter Paradise, despite his sins. This is indeed the mercy of Allah, yet let us stop to think for a moment. Let us consider how sensitive this matter is. On the Day of Judgement, excuses will not get us anywhere. We may be able to fool others today, lull our hearts into a false sense of security and comfort ourselves with misgivings, but on the Day of Judgement we will be made to stand before Allah. Our book of deeds, littered and filled with sin, will be given to us.

There is no room for denial at that time. Our own hands, feet, tongues, and even our skins will testify against us. In such a situation, attaining salvation may be extremely difficult. The truly fortunate individual is he who is granted entry into Paradise by the mercy of Allah.

Obtaining deliverance

Imam Ḥasan al-Baṣrī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه has said, “There is no astonishment regarding how one destroyed himself, yet there is astonishment as to how one obtained salvation.”[2]
