Book Name:Ya ALLAH Mein Hazir Hon
Yet again, how should we respond to this order? By saying لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک – “I am present. O Allah! I am present.”
Every morning, we should try our best to say لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک. This is a practical way of expressing we accept all of Allah’s commands and will avoid everything He has prohibited. It is as though you are saying, “I will obey every command You give and avoid everything You forbid.”
May Allah Almighty grant us ability to recite this every morning in accordance with what was taught to us by the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! May He allow us to act upon this truly in its every sense, and may He allow us to practically implement what it entails in our lives.
The blessings of obeying the Divine
O those who love Allah’s Messenger! Allah is our Lord, and it is He who granted us life. We see with the eyes He gave us. We hear with the ears He fashioned for us. We take hold of things with the hands He created for us. He granted us ability to breathe. He bestowed us strength by which we walk. It is He who spread the earth for us to travel upon. It is He who created the blue sky as a roof above our heads. It is our generous and gracious Lord who causes rain to fall. He creates trees from seeds, which go on to provide us fruit by His authority. It is He who granted us bounties by the hundreds, thousands, and millions. In fact, we could not count the bounties He has given us even if we were to try.
Just think of this now for a moment: if our merciful Lord has granted us so much without us even asking, then how many bounties and blessings will He bestow upon us if we submit ourselves before Him and obey His commands?
