Ya ALLAH Mein Hazir Hon

Book Name:Ya ALLAH Mein Hazir Hon

A Muslim is defined as someone who submits to the commands of Allah and His Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. Every single moment of their lives passes with this overarching theme. So, we must live our lives in such a way, that with every thought, every action, with our hearts, with our tongues, with our bodies; every single thing we do or say should echo with the call of لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک.

Our beloved master, the final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would say لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک before offering nafl salah at night. According to some narrations, the final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would even say لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک before offering farḍ salah.[1]

Say لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک in the morning

The final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم taught the Companion Zayd bin Thābit رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ a specific duʿā. He instructed the Companion to not only punctually recite it everyday, but to also have his family do the same.

Say in the morning: “I am present! O Allah, I am present! I ask You for prosperity. All goodness is from You.”[2]

The final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم himself is encouraging us to recite لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک every day! We now know reciting this is not something specific
