Siddique Akbar Ka Kirdar o Farameen

Book Name:Siddique Akbar Ka Kirdar o Farameen

وَ لَیَنۡصُرَنَّ اللّٰہُ مَنۡ یَّنۡصُرُہٗ ؕ

Translation from Kanz al-Iman: And Allah will undoubtedly definitely help the one who helps His religion[1]

Dear Islamic brothers, you have just heard of how Allah helps the one who helps His religion. Sayyidunā Qatāda رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ stated, “Allah shall definitely help whoever helps His religion.”[2] Mufti Aḥmad Yār Khān رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه explains, “Helping the saints of Allah, serving the Prophet and spreading Islamic knowledge all fall under aiding the religion of Allah.”[3] Intending to please Allah, we should all try our best to develop the passion to spread the message of Islam far and wide.

How is help granted to those who help the religion of Allah? Who helps them? What steadfastness do they then acquire? Let us hear something regarding this. In verse 7 of Sūrah Muḥammad, Allah declares:

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنۡ تَنۡصُرُوا اللّٰہَ یَنۡصُرۡکُمۡ  وَ  یُثَبِّتۡ  اَقۡدَامَکُمۡ (۷)

Translation from Kanz al-Iman: O believers! If you help the religion of Allah, Allah will help you and will make your foothold firm.[4]

There is no telling the number of imams that pray for those who help and work for Islam, whether at Jumu’ah or Eid. In fact, the pious elders رَحْمَۃُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَیْہِمْ اَجْمَعِیْن have been making these duʿās for centuries. Imam Aḥmad Razā Khān رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه has included a duʿā like this in his Khuṭubāt-e-Razawiyyah: اَللّٰھُمَّ انْصُرْ مَنْ نَّصَرَ دِیْنَ سَیِّدِنَا وَمَوْلٰـنَا مُحَمَّد - “O Allah! Aid the one who aids the religion of our leader and master Muhammad صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.”
