Book Name:Tilawat e Quran Ki Barkatain
It is stated in a Hadith: اَصْدَقُ الْحَدِیثِ کِتَابُ اللّٰہ meaning, the most truthful speech is the book of Allah Almighty.[1] It is mentioned in another Hadith: خَیْرُ الْحَدِیثِ کِتَابُ اللّٰہ, meaning, the best speech is the book of Allah Almighty.[2]
Commenting on the above-mentioned Hadith, Mufti Ahmad Yar Khan عَلَیْہِ رَحْمَۃُ الْحَنَّان states:
Unrestrictedly, hadith refers to speech and words. Therefore, according to this meaning, the noble Quran is hadith (meaning, speech), and the speech of humans is also hadith. However, technically speaking, Hadith only refers to the sayings and actions of the beloved Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم . Here, however, the linguistic meaning is intended. The divine speech (kalam) of Allah Almighty is superior to all other speech, just as Allah Almighty is superior to all His creation.[3]
Dear Islamic brothers, you just heard about the virtues and perfections of the noble Qur’an. Truly, the grandeur and loftiness of the noble Qur’an cannot be comprehended. Its recital is worship. Listening to it is worship. Touching it is worship. Even looking at it is worship. This sacred speech is full of mercy and blessings. Let us listen to the excellence of those who love this sacred book.
