It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Abbas رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ that there are 10 qualities of miswak: (some are) it cleans the mouth; strengthens the gums and eyesight; eliminates phlegm and bad breath; it is Sunnah; the angels become happy; and Allah Almighty is pleased.
