5. “Those who are ready should be paid to travel around the country, spreading Islam through writing, speeches and teaching.”
In light of these principles, if you were to analyse the work allocated to students according to their capabilities, you will find that after graduating from the Jamiat al-Madinah of Dawat-e-Islami, if a Madani scholar desires to become a teacher, he is enrolled on a teacher training course and then appointed as a teacher in Jamiat al-Madinah. A Madani scholar who is desirous as well as capable of becoming a Mufti, is taught Shari’ rulings and trained in writing Islamic fatawa. After gaining success in all these stages, he is given the opportunity to offer his services to Dar ul Ifta Ahl al-Sunnah. Madani scholars who are capable of writing and researching, are given an opportunity to work in the academic and research department known as Al-Madinat al-‘Ilmiyyah (Islamic Research Centre). Madani scholars are taught English, Arabic and various other languages, then sent abroad to Jami’aat, Madaris, Masajid and Dar al-Sunnah. To date, more than 100 Madani scholars are serving in different capacities overseas.
