before he falls into the enemy’s grasp!’ From nowhere, many children surrounded him, including his daughter who had passed away. She hit the snake with her right hand, causing it to run away. She then sat with her father and recited the following verse:

اَلَمْ یَاْنِ لِلَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اَنْ تَخْشَعَ قُلُوْبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ وَ مَا نَزَلَ مِنَ الْحَقِّۙ-

Has the time not come for the believers to humble their hearts to Allah's remembrance and for this truth (i.e. the Qur'aan) which has come down?[1]

Sayyiduna Maalik bin Dinar رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه states, “I asked my daughter: ‘Do you [i.e. the dead] recite the Quran?’ She replied: ‘Yes! We know more of it than you [i.e. the living].’ He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه then asked why there were so many children gathered on this mountain. She replied: ‘These children will be on this mountain, waiting for their parents until the Day of Judgment.’ He then asked about the snake, to which she replied: ‘That was a manifestation of your sins.’ After enquiring about the old man, she said: ‘That was a manifestation of your good deeds. He was so weak that he could not confront your evil deeds. So, repent and save yourself from destruction.’ The daughter of Sayyiduna Maalik bin Dinar ascended to a high point. After he woke up from this dream, he repented sincerely and went on to become one of the most pious people of this ummah.[2]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                            صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! Look at the importance of the 15th of Sha’baan! On this day, for the sake of His beloved Prophet (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم), Allah Almighty forgives the sinners of the ummah, grants them the ability to repent, grants them His special blessings and forgives them with His endless mercy. Sayyidatuna Aa’isha رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا reports that the final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated: “Jibraeel عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم came to me and said, ‘This is the night of mid-Sha’baan (i.e.
