Message Bearers of Death
An Islamic brother from U.P, India has stated that he was previously a non-Muslim. Once, someone gifted him the booklet of Maktaba-tul-Madina, entitled ‘The Respect of a Muslim.’ Amazed by reading the booklet, he realized that Islam, which he had always hated, gives the message of peace and harmony. The words of the booklet captured his heart, causing him to develop an intense liking for Islam.
One day, while he was travelling in a bus, a group of bearded Islamic brothers wearing Imamah, boarded the same bus. He understood that they were Muslims. As he had already developed a liking for Islam, he began to look at them with admiration. One of the Islamic brothers began reciting a Na’t and this caught the attention of the non-Muslim.
Noticing his interest, an Islamic brother approached him and started a conversation. The Islamic brother realised that this person was a non-Muslim and thus urged him to embrace Islam in a very courteous manner. Since he had already been impressed by Islam as a result of reading the booklet ‘The Respect of a Muslim’, the humble words of the brother further motivated him, and he embraced Islam.
اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, at the time of writing this account, four months have passed since he embraced Islam. He started offering Salah regularly and has also made the intention of growing a beard. Furthermore, he has joined the religious environment of Dawat-e-Islami and travels with the Madani Qafilah.
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Fasting on the 15th of Sha’ban
Sayyiduna ‘Ali کَـرَّمَ الـلّٰـهُ وَجۡـھَـهُ الۡـکَـرِیۡم has narrated that the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said: ‘When the 15th night of Sha’ban arrives, do Qiyam (perform worship) in the night and observe a special fast during the day. No doubt, Allah reveals a special Divine Manifestation on the sky above the earth from the time of sunset, and announces: “Is there anyone who will ask Me for forgiveness that I may forgive him? Is there anyone who will ask Me for
