Book Name:Hasad ki Tabahkariyan Or Ilaj

Remember! Worldly possessions are not worthy of envy because they are temporary and will remain in this world. The great blessings of the hereafter will be given only to those who accumulate the treasures of virtuous deeds in this world. Therefore, instead of longing for worldly possessions, we should try to develop habits like that of pious people and try to act upon even the smallest of virtuous acts.

Who is patient & thankful?

The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘There are two such traits that whosoever possesses them, Allah Almighty writes him down as grateful and patient. One is that whosoever looks towards one above him in religious matters (i.e. knowledge and action), and follows him in it, and secondly, whosoever looks at the one below him in worldly matters, and praises Allah Almighty, then Allah Almighty writes him down as grateful and patient. And whosoever looks at those below him in religious matters, and looks to those above him in worldly matters, and grieves over matters of this dead world, Allah Almighty does not write him down as grateful nor as patient.’ (Sunan-ut-Tirmizi, vol. 4, p. 229, Hadith 2520)

Who is an enviable?

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ has narrated that the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said: There is no envy except over two individuals: A person whom Allah Almighty has taught the Quran, and he recites night and day, and his neighbour hears him and says, ‘I wish I had been given what has been given to so-and-so, so that I might do what he does’; and a man whom Allah Almighty has given wealth and he spends it on what is just and right, whereupon another person says, ‘I wish I had been given what so-and-so has been given, for then I would do what he does.’ (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Fazaail-ul-Quran, vol. 3, p. 410, Hadith 5026)
