Du’a for headache

According to the schedule of the weekly Sunnah-inspired Ijtima’ of Da’wat-e-Islami, Du’a for headache’ will be memorised. The Du’a is as follows:

بِسْمِ اللہِ الْکَبِیْرِ وَ اَعُوْذُ بِاللہِ الْعَظِیْمِ مِنْ کُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَّعَّارٍ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ

Translation: ‘With the name of Allah who is Al-Kabeer and I seek refuge in Allah Al-‘Azeem from every pumping/gushing vein and from the evil heat of the Fire.’ (Khazinah` Rahmat, p. 165)

Method of collective Fikr-e-Madinah (72 Madani In’amaat)

Saying of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم: Pondering (over the Hereafter) for a moment is better than the worship of 60 years.

(Al-Jami’-us-Sagheer, p. 365, Hadith 5897)

Let’s make good intentions’ before filling in the Madani In’amaat booklet:

1.   To please Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, I will carry out today’s Fikr-e-Madinah (i.e. self-accountability) myself through the Madani In’amaat booklet and persuade others as well.

2.   I will praise (i.e. thank) Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ for the Madani In’amaat which I practised.

3.   I will regret the Madani In’amaat which I did not practise and try to act on them in the future.

4.   Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ forbid, if I have not acted on any such Madani In’aam
