* When traversing an incline on the path or when climbing stairs, or when the bus, etc., travels up a hill, recite ‘اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَر’, and when you come down the stairs or travel downwards, say ‘سُبْحٰنَ اللہ’.
* When getting off at your destination, recite this: ‘اَعُوْذُ بِکَلِمَاتِ اللّٰہِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّمَا خَلَق ط’. Translation: I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah Almighty from the evil of the entire creation. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه, you will remain protected from every harm. (Hisn Hasayn, p. 82)
* There should be no lapse in relation to Salah even during a journey.
* If the bus breaks down on the way, instead of putting your Hereafter at risk by insulting and being rude towards the driver or owners of the bus, be patient and seek Paradise by becoming occupied in Zikr and Salat upon the Prophet.
* If you see a weak or sick person at a busy time, with the intention of reward, offer your seat to them on the bus.
