matter and sometimes in some other task. Why shouldn’t we make the mindset of presenting ourselves in the Majestic Court of our Generous, Owner, [Helper] and Lord in order to rid the dependency on these people and unemployment, by being punctual in Fard Salahs. Reciting the Qur’an is such a great form of worship that we should supplicate for dependency to be removed by the means of this great worship to the Almighty Lord Who bestows so many favours.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

One Madani work from the 12 Madani works is the ‘weekly Ijtima’

Dear Islamic brothers! In order to save yourself from useless matters and to busy yourself in doing good deeds, attach yourself to the environment of Da’wat-e-Islami and take part in the 12 Madani works of the Zayli Halqah. One Madani work from the 12 Madani works of the Zayli Halqah is the ‘weekly Sunnah-inspired Ijtima’. The Du’as which are made in the Ijtima will definitely reach fruition, as recitation of the Holy Qur’an, Na’at of the Prophet, a rectifying Sunnah-inspired bayan, Zikr of Allah Almighty, heartfelt Du’as and Salat-o-Salaam take place in them. The lives of the Noble Prophets عَـلَـيْهِمُ السَّلَام, blessed companions رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُم and pious saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـه are also mentioned.

Sayyiduna Sufyan Bin ‘Uyaynah رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه states: عِنْدَ ذِکْرِ الصّٰلِحِیْنَ تَنَزَّلُ الرَّحْمَۃُ i.e. Divine Mercy descends when the righteous are mentioned. (Hilyat-ul-Awliya, vol. 7, p. 335, Raqm 1075) If mercies descend with the mention of the righteous people, then why will mercy not descend when Allah Almighty and the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم are mentioned, and the place where mercy showers down, then why will Du’as not be accepted there?
