Maulana Sayyid Manzoor Ahmad رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه states with certainty that, regardless of whether there were a few attendees or many, he would especially note that the tea was made once and it would be sufficient for all those present. It was never the case that if there were a large number of attendees, they had to make preparations to make more tea. This statement of Maulana Manzoor Ahmad Ghoswiرَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه is a clear indication to the fact that this was one great miracle from the daily miracles of the Khalifah of A’la Hazrat رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه. سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه! You have heard that is was due to the blessing of the hand of the Khalifah of A’la Hadrat, ‘Allamah Maulana Sayyid Mufti Muhammad Na’eem-ud-Deen Muradabadi رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه and his miracle that the tea prepared once would be sufficient for everyone. Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! The movement of the devotees of the Rasool, Da’wat-e-Islami, is currently spreading the call to righteousness through approximately 108 departments worldwide. One of these departments is known as ‘weekly Ijtima Majlis’. The weekly Ijtima Majlis is generally comprised of 3 to 5 Arkaan. It is responsible for making the schedule for the Qaari, Na’at khuwan and Muballigh, making selections for the Tilawat, Na’at and bayan, and notifying the relevant responsible brothers at least 7 days beforehand, making appropriate preparations for the speakers and lights, making sure there is water available for the Wudu and Istinja areas, making sure to keep the Ijtima area and mosque clean, taking care of the carpet and mats and picking them up at the end of the Ijtima, politely telling those Islamic brothers who are busy talking on the stalls or Wudu area to join the Sunnah-inspired Ijtima, to keep an eye on the book stall of Maktaba-tul-Madina, and making sure that non-Islamic and unethical literature and substandard food is not being sold on the stalls, sorting out car parking for the Islamic brothers coming to the Ijtima, making spaces to place the shoes and placing them properly, specifying the place for each stall, in fact, wherever possible, placing panaflex stands and sign boards etc. All of this is
