Harms of hastiness
The one who sends Salat upon me 100 times, Allah Almighty will write between both his eyes that he is free from hypocrisy and the fire of hell. And He Almighty will place him with the martyrs on the Day of Judgement. (Mu’jam-e-Awsat, vol. 5, pp. 252, Hadees 7235)
صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب
Dear Islamic brothers! Before listening to the speech let's first of all make good intentions to please Allah Almighty and earn reward. The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘'نِيَّةُ الۡمُؤۡمِنِ خَيۡرٌ مِّنۡ عَمَلِهٖThe intention of a Muslim is better than his deed. (Al-Mu’jam-ul-Kabeer, vol. 6, pp. 185, Hadees 5942)
For righteous and permissible work the more good intentions we make, the more reward we attain.
Intentions of listening to Bayan
۔1In order to gain knowledge of Deen, lowering my eyes, I will listen to the Bayan attentively.
۔2I will sit in the Attahiyyaat position as long as possible with the intention of showing respect for religious knowledge.
۔3When I hear صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب, اُذۡكُرُوا اللّٰه, تُوۡبُوۡا اِلَیاللّٰه, etc., I will reply loudly with the intention of gaining reward.
۔4After the Ijtima’, I will approach people to say Salaam, shake hands and make individual efforts upon them.
