*Breaking foul smelling wind in the Masjid is Haraam for the Mu’takif and for the non-Mu’takif and it is Makruh for the non-Mu’takif to break wind which is not foul smelling.

   *It is Wajib to keep the Masjid and Fina-e-Masjid free from bad smells

   *It is Haraam to sit in the Masjid to talk about Mubah (permissible) worldly matters without Shari’ necessity.

   *If the Masjid building is strong and sturdy, it is not permissible to demolish and rebuild it as new.

   *It is not permissible to spend the income of the Masjid on the Madrassa.

   *It is not permissible to take the mats of the Masjid to the Eid-Gah for Salah.

   *It is not allowed to bring to the Masjid immature children and insane people, and to quarrel or raise one’s voice in the Masjid.

   *It is not allowed to ask help for oneself in the Masjid.

   *Without permission from Shari’ah, it is impermissible to use the equipment of one Masjid for another.

   *To congregate for [viewing] Madani Channel or a VCD Ijtima in the Masjid or Fina-e-Masjid is not allowed.

   *Besides the equipment of the Masjid, nothing else (like organisational equipment, equipment for the Jami’ah, Madrassa, decorations for Milad, etc.) can be stored in the Fina-e-Masjid.

   *Sacks of Ushr may not be kept in the Masjid.

   *Only copies of the Holy Quran which belong to the Masjid may be stored in its Quran cabinets. Other equipment (like files of Madrassa, organisational performance forms, pamphlets, etc.) cannot be stored inside or on top of these cabinets.
