(resident), male and female who is owner of the Nisab (financial threshold amount). An owner of the financial threshold amount is the one who possesses 52.5 Tolas of silver or an equivalent amount in money or business stock or possessions excluding the basic essentials. Further, he must not owe such an amount of debt to Allah Almighty or to the people which if he were to pay, he would no longer remains the owner of the financial threshold amount.

Therefore, adopt moderation in regards to consuming meat, and in order to minimise the harmful effects of meat, ensure to cook vegetables alongside it. Let us listen to some health benefits of meat and the harms of overeating it.
