Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه We are currently in the month of Rabi’-ul-Aakhir and tonight is the 11^th night as well, which the devotees of Ghaus-ul-A’zam also refer to as the big Giyarhween Shareef. On this day, devotees of Ghaus and Raza across the globe commemorate the blessed ‘Urs of Shaykh ‘Abdul Qaadir Jeelani رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه with great veneration and reverence. Devotees of Rasool across the globe convey rewards to the noble soul of Ghaus-e-Pak رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه in different ways. At some places Ijtima’aat are conducted and in other locations people recite the Holy Quran, at some places devotees of Ghaus-e-Pak gather to watch the Madani Muzakarah and in some locations people keep a voluntary fast to convey reward. In some places, booklets are distributed to convey reward to the blessed soul of Ghaus-e-Pak رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه and at other locations food [Langer-e-Ghausiyyah] is served at the Ijtima’aat.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! In the Madani environment of Dawat-e-Islami, the Madani movement of the devotees of the Prophet, Ijtima’-e-Ghausiyyah is organised on this blessed night throughout the world. With this connection, today, we will also gain the blessings of listening to the praise of that noble individual who is resting in his blessed grave in the land of Baghdad. In today’s speech, along with hearing about some events from the blessed childhood of Ghaus-e-Pak رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه, we will also hear about the glad tidings that were given about his blessed birth prior to his birth. There is no doubt that Ghaus-e-Pak رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه was a Wali from birth, but when did he himself become aware of his own sainthood? We will also hear about this.

Along with hearing about various biographical events, we will also listen to points related to his rank in knowledge. Likewise, some accounts showing his love and affection towards students of sacred knowledge will also be mentioned. Certainly, a true spiritual guide is a real guide for a human being and the spiritual blessings that a human being can gain from his spiritual guide, perhaps it is not possible to gain that from anywhere else, and this      is why we will also take guidance from the golden sayings of Ghaus-e-Pak    رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه. Alongside this, we will gain the honour of listening to the benefits of being a disciple of Ghaus-e-Pak رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه.
