deprives him of and should establish relations with the one who breaks off relations with him. (Mustadrak, vol. 3, pp. 12, Hadees 3215)
Giving Sadaqah to the one who conceals enmity is better
Anyhow, whether someone treats us well or not we should continue to treat him well. It is stated in a blessed Hadees: The best Sadaqah is that which is given to the relative who bears enmity in the heart. It is because giving Sadaqah to the relative who bears enmity in the heart is Sadaqah as well as good treatment with the one who breaks off relations.

May Allah Almighty enable all of us to always treat our relatives well!
اٰمِيۡن بِجَاهِ النَّبِيِّ الۡاَمِيۡن صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيۡهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Did not fulfil the right of sister!
On page 77 of ‘130 Parables of devotees of Rasool along with holy sites of Makkah & Madinah’ published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah, a publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami, it is stated: Sayyiduna Mujahid Bin Yahya Balkhi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has said, ‘There was a Khurasani person who had been living in Makkah Mukarramah for 60 years. Very pious and ascetic[1], he would recite the Holy Quran during the day and perform Tawaf the whole night. He had friendship with a righteous person who entrusted 10 thousand dinars to his Khurasani friend and went on a journey. When he returned from his journey, he was informed that his Khurasani friend had passed away. He went to his heirs and asked for his dinars but they said that they did not know about them. The pious person then mentioned this event to the Islamic scholars in Makkah Mukarramah. They said that they were hopeful that the deceased Khurasani would be a Heaven-dweller. They advised the pious person to go to the well of Zam Zam after midnight and call his deceased
