Virtues of ‘ilm-e-Deen [Islamic knowledge] in Ahadees

Dear Islamic brothers! Other than in the Holy Quran, numerous virtues of ‘ilm-e-Deen have also been mentioned in the blessed Ahadees. Let’s listen to three such Ahadees and try to realize the importance of ‘ilm-e-Deen in our hearts.

1. The Holy Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: The one who left his house in the pursuit of (religious) knowledge, he is in the path of Allah Almighty until he returns. (Tirmizi, vol. 4, pp. 294, Hadees 2652)
