٭Making appropriate arrangements for microphones, speakers, lights, generators, UPS etc.

٭ Ensuring water supply etc., to toilet and Wudu facilities.

٭Taking care of the cleanliness of Masjid and the Ijtima’ venue.

٭ Laying down carpets and mats and folding them up after the Ijtima’.

٭ Politely persuading Islamic brothers to sit in the Sunnah-inspiring Ijtima’ who are engaged in conversations on stalls, ablution areas and other places.

٭ Making appropriate drinking-water arrangements where required.

 ٭Ensuring the supply of Maktaba-tul-Madinah’s books to the stalls and keeping an eye so that selling of non-Shar’i and immoral literature is not done on it.

 ٭Keeping an eye on the food stalls in case they sell under quality food items.

 ٭Making parking arrangements for the Islamic brothers coming to the Ijtima’ in cars.

 ٭Placing shoes in an organised manner in the shoe racks.

 ٭Allocating a place for every stall. If possible, displaying a panaflex banner or board etc.

May Allah Almighty bless the “Majlis Haftah-war Ijtima” with further progression.
