Dear Islamic brothers! Dear Islamic brothers! 1.On the first night of Rabi’-un-Noor, make this announcement three times in all the Masajid: ‘Congratulations to all Islamic brothers and sisters! The moon of Rabi’-un-Noor has been sighted.’

2.All the devotees of the Rasool including Nigran and Zimmahdaran should travel with a Madani Qafilah for at least three days particularly in this blessed month. Islamic sisters should deliver Dars from Faizan-e-Sunnat for at least thirty days in their homes (only to the ladies and Maharim) and then make the intention to continue it after Rabi’-un-Noor as well.

3.If the flag bears lettering or image of Na’layn (image of the blessed shoe-sole of the Holy Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم), make sure that the flag neither
