happy and cheerful people suddenly die and are buried in no time in the dark grave. Similarly, we will also have to die, and be buried in the dark grave and will have to reap what we sow in the world. Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Allamah Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qaadiri دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه gives us some Madani pearls of advice:

تُو خوشی کے پُھول لے گا کب تلک؟           تُو یہاں زندہ رہے گا کب تلک؟

دولتِ دُنیا کے پیچھے تُو نہ جا          آخرت میں مال کا ہے کام کیا؟

مالِ دنیا دو جہاں میں ہے وبال       کام آئے گا نہ پیشِ ذُوالجلال

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Deception of Satan

Dear Islamic brothers! The love of this world is such a deception of Satan in which if a person is trapped, he starts getting away from virtuous deeds. For example, first of all, he gets away from Mustahab acts, then becomes heedless of Sunnahs, and then forms the habit of missing Fard and Wajib acts and then gradually gets into the habit of performing Haraam acts. He misses his Salah regularly and then spends his life in telling lies, committing backbiting, hurting the feelings of others, listening to songs and music and committing many different types of Haraam and impermissible acts. Moreover, the one, who is excessively busy with the world, forgets his relatives. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, gets deprived of sincere friends. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, starts considering the poor to be inferior. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, becomes a miser. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, becomes a victim of the evil of arrogance. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, takes no effect of any advice. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, cannot differentiate between Halal and Haraam. The one, who is excessively busy with the world, becomes heedless of the rights of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ along with the rights of people.
