However, under certain Shar’i compulsion, any of them can terminate the contract before the decided period ends. (Ibid, pp. 12)

10    Watchmen, security guards or policemen etc. are required to guard (a house, building etc.) remaining awake. If they go to sleep deliberately during duty hours, they will be sinner. Furthermore, they will have to get their salary deducted for the amount of time during which they slept or remained heedless to their job (whether deliberately or unintentionally). (Ibid, pp. 19)

 

To learn various Sunan, obtain the following books, Bahar-e-Shari’ah part 16 comprising of 312 pages and Sunnatayn aur Adaab, comprising of 120   pages, both published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah, the publishing department of Dawat-e-Islami. One of the best ways to learn Sunan is to travel in the Madani Qafilahs of Dawat-e-Islami with the lovers of the Beloved Rasool.
