تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ has narrated that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ تَـعَـالٰی عَـنْـهُمَا and Sayyiduna Ka’b-ul-Ahbar رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ gathered somewhere, so Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas said, ‘No matter whatever anyone says, we Banu Hashim will say that Sayyiduna Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم saw Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ two (2) times during Mi’raaj.’ Listening to it, Sayyiduna Kab-ul-Ahbar رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ chanted the slogan so loudly that his voice echoed even in hills. He then said, ‘No doubt, Sayyiduna Musa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم had Kalam with Almighty and Sayyiduna Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم saw the Almighty.’ (Seerat-e-Mustafa, pp. 730) (In order to get detailed information about the Holy Nabi going above the Arsh and seeing the Lord with naked eyes, read the booklet given on page 637 of the 30^th volume of Fatawa Razawiyyah.)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                  صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                  صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Mi’raaj of Mu’min

Dear Islamic brothers! On this night, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ blessed His Beloved Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم with Mi’raaj [i.e. Ascension] and called him to Laa-Makaan where a great gift of a great act of worship, i.e. Salah, was bestowed upon him. This gift of Salah is the Mi’raaj of the Ummah for the sake of the Holy Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. A commentator of the Quran, Allamah Isma’eel Haqqi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has stated, ‘Without doubt, Salah is the Mi’raaj of Mu’min.’ (Ruh-ul-Bayan, Part.
