Alas! Today, heedlessness has prevailed everywhere. As the majority of the Muslims look oblivious and heedless of the rights of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, trampling on the rights of the people has also become increasingly widespread in our society. Many Muslims, without any fear of consequences, are busy trampling the rights of Muslims in one way or another by committing crimes such as inflicting cruelty, stealing mobiles etc., demanding a ransom by threatening, occupying other’s property, theft, killing etc.

Keep in mind that the result of cruelty is extremely terrible. A cruel person will suffer with great punishments on the Day of Judgement, but sometimes he also suffers in this world. Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash’ari رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ has narrated that the Noblest Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘Undoubtedly, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ gives respite to the cruel person, until when He عَزَّوَجَلَّ grabs him, then He عَزَّوَجَلَّ does not release him.’ After saying this, the Rasool of Rahmah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم recited Ayah 102 of Surah Hood, part 12:

وَ كَذٰلِكَ اَخْذُ رَبِّكَ اِذَاۤ اَخَذَ الْقُرٰى وَ هِیَ ظَالِمَةٌؕ-اِنَّ اَخْذَهٗۤ اَلِیْمٌ شَدِیْدٌ(۱۰۲)

Translation from Kanz-ul-Iman: And such is the seizing of your Lord when He seizes the towns upon their injustice; indeed His seizing is painful, severe.

Dear Islamic brothers! When the chosen bondmen of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ attain the pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ by acting upon the Divine commandments, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ not only grants them unique favours in this world but they also possess unique powers and authority even after their apparent demise, they relieve the people of their difficulties and sorrows.
