sayings of Beloved Mustafa صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم regarding the virtues of generosity.

    1.         اَلۡجَنَّةُ دَارُالۡاَسۡخِيَآء: Jannah is the home of those who are generous.

    (Firdaus-ul-Akhbar, vol. 1, pp. 333, Hadees 2430)

    2.         A generous person is close to Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, close to Paradise, close to people, distant from Hell. And a miser is distant from Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, distant from Paradise, distant from people, close to Hell. And Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ likes an ignorant generous person more than a worshipper who is a miser.

    (Sunan-ut-Tirmizi vol. 3, pp. 387, Hadees 1968)

    3.         O man! It is better for you if you spend your surplus wealth, but if you withhold it, it is evil for you. There is [however] no reproach for you if you withhold it according to your need. And begin [charity] with your family; and the upper hand is better than the lower hand.

(Sahih Muslim, pp. 516, Hadees 1036)

One of the best means of spending money in righteous deeds is to spend money in spreading the message of Islam, this could become a permanent source of reward for us.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ! Dawat-e-Islami is a non-political movement to fill our Masajid and to spread the call towards righteousness across the world. Its aim is to develop this mind-set that ‘I must strive to reform myself and the people of the entire world, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.’  اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, Dawat-e-Islami is carrying out Madani work in approximately 103 departments in order to spread the Sunnah and the call towards righteousness. In order to run all these departments, not
