v  Check the performance of the departments, review the weak points and try to take steps to remove the weaknesses.

v  All Nigrans should remain in contact constantly with their Zimmahdaran Islamic brothers who are serving directly under their guidance. This contact should be done in such a close way that parents have generally with their children.

v  A subordinate can carry out activities under supervision but cannot perform under pressure.

v  Sayyiduna Umar Farooq-e-A’zam رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ had launched the ‘Justice System’, which contained the system of examining the governors.

v  Islamic brothers while carrying out Madani activities become lazy, questioning and discussion bring improvement.

v  There is a great difference between the general Madani activities and institutional activities. The performance of institutional department is always strong. 

v  Weaknesses may occur in any institution, if that institution admits its weaknesses and tries to remove them then it becomes strong.

v  Things are done by visiting in person; it is difficult to bring progress in Madani activities by merely phone calls.

v  The member of Shura and Nigran-e-Kabinaat should visit different stalls of animal hides, it encourages the Islamic brothers.

v  In case of observing any organisational mistake, try your utmost to make other understand and try to enforce the organisational code of conduct. It is also our organisational responsibility.
