v  Nigran e Kabinah/ Kabinaat are not allowed to contact any responsible Islamic sister directly via message or mail. When it is needed to contact, it can be managed through the mother of his children (wife) or Mahrimaat, the male Mahram of responsible Islamic sisters or her husband and information can be gathered from them.

v  The members of Shura are allowed to deliver Bayan to the gathering of Islamic sisters, but before it they will seek permission from Rukn-e-Shura and Nigran Majlis Madani activities for Islamic sisters.

v  All responsible Islamic sisters should read book ‘Questions and Answers about Islamic Veil’ at least once in a 12 month. 

v  When the members of Majlis Overseas (Islamic sisters) deliver Bayan to the Islamic sisters living abroad and English speaking participants are also the part of gathering then there should be a translator Islamic sister.
