66.   In the month of Ramadan, a Madani Tarbiyyat Centre will be established at a hotel of Murree (Pakistan). This responsibility has been given to the member of Shura Haji Muhammad Azhar Attari.

67.   VIPs from different fields of life should also be persuaded to observe I’tikaf.

68.   Those who persuade others to observe I’tikaf should be trained.

69.   The Tarbiyyati Ijtima’ of Majlis I’tikaf will be held at 40 places via satellite; it should be done through audio link in foreign countries, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.
