every act on its set time; give as much attention to the work as it requires. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, acting upon both these Madani pearls all the activities will be carried in a proper manner. You will get rid of tension. You will get the Madani inspiration of carrying the responsibility in an essay way by obeying the Nigran instead of being dissatisfied with the responsibility, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.

27.   Members of Shura should make their Maktab operational; organize their schedule; make operational Maktab responsible Islamic brothers.

28.   Fix your time in Maktab.

29.   Arrange the Madani Mashwarah of the Maktab Islamic brothers; strengthen your contact with them.

30.   It is harmful to forget the responsible Islamic brothers after assigning them with the task.

31.   For the improvement of the system, it is necessary to make responsible Islamic brothers and then to use them.

Departments of Dawat-e-Islami

32.   Currently, Dawat-e-Islami has 97 departments; every department should be the one that improves the other one.

33.   The responsible Islamic brothers of departments of Pakistan level should travel to Barakati (Baluchistan), Muhammadi (Kashmir), Junaydi [Sukkur, Farooq Nagar (Larkana), Jacobabad (‘Attarabad) etc. districts], Ashaabi (Thatta, Badin etc.), Jeelani (KPK), in particular, to Meeladi Kabinat (Gilgit-Baltistan).

34.   The appointment of responsible Islamic brothers of departments should be completed; if one responsible Islamic brother has one responsibility, it is ideal.

35.   One, who has been responsible for one department, should not be changed as far as possible. If a change is inevitable, so the Nigran of that Majlis should be consulted; changes are not allowed without any Mashwarah.
