He remains in contact with Aimmah-e-Kiraam, teachers related to education department and other staff members, Islamic scholars and Aimmah of the area, important government and social personalities, and big landlords.

He regularly goes to Madani Markaz Faizan-e-Madinah and arranges Madani Mashwarahs in it.

Whenever a problem and disagreement between responsible Islamic brothers arise, he does not take anyone’s side.

He is the one who does every new work after seeking permission from the Nigran and with complete Shar’i guidance. (If a Nigran-e-Mushawarat possesses these qualities, lots of Madani activities will be carried out, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ. Remember! Sincerity is the key to acceptance.)

Become habitual of reciting Holy Quran

25. Get into the habit of reciting the Holy Quran. Ameer-ul-Mu`mineen Sayyiduna ‘Umar Farooq-e-A’zam رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ when entered his home he رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ would first of all recite the Holy Quran.

Perform Madani work in an organized method

26. Members of Shura and Nigran-e-Kabinat should organize Madani activities and departments and appoint competent responsible Islamic brothers. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, you will work attentively and be saved from being ashamed. Sometimes many problems are faced when different activities or the responsibilities of different departments are being carried out in an easy way. It may have two big reasons: (1) To use disorganized way (2) To disperse all the activities or the different affairs of all the departments
