اَلۡـحَـمۡـدُ   لِـلّٰـہِ  رَبِّ  الۡـعٰـلَـمِیۡنَ   وَ  الـصَّـلٰـوۃُ   وَ  الـسَّـلَامُ  عَـلٰی   سَـیِّـدِ   الۡـمُـرۡ  سَـلِـیۡنَ

اَمَّـا  بَــعۡـدُ   فَـاَعُـوۡذُ   بِـا لـلّٰـہِ   مِـنَ   الـشَّـیۡـطٰنِ   الـرَّجِیۡمِؕ    بِـسۡمِ   الـلّٰـہِ   الـرَّحۡـمٰنِ   الـرَّحِـیۡمِؕ

The Great Eminence of Blessed Sahabah رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰي عَنۡهُم

نَوَيۡتُ سُنَّتَ الۡاِعۡتِكَافِ

Translation: I have made the intention of Sunnah I’tikaf.

Whenever you enter a Masjid, upon remembering, make the intention of Nafl I’tikaf because as long as you stay in the Masjid you will keep obtaining the reward of Nafl (supererogatory) I’tikaf, and eating, drinking and sleeping will also become permissible for you in the Masjid.

Excellence of reciting Salat-‘Alan-Nabi صَلَّی اللّٰہ تعالٰی علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم

The Prophet of Rahmah, the Intercessor of the Ummah, and the Owner of Jannah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has said, ‘O people! Undoubtedly, on the Day of Judgement the person who will attain salvation from its horrors and accountability amongst you will be the one who would have recited Salat upon me abundantly in the world.’ (Al-Firdaus-ul-Akhbar, vol. 2, pp. 471, Hadees 8210)

سُنتے ہیں کہ مَحشَر میں صرف اُن کی رَسائی ہے         گر اُن کی رَسائی ہے لَو جب تو بَن آئی ہے

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب       صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
