اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ وَ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَامُ علٰی سَیِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ^ط

اَمَّا بَعْدُ فَاَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ^ط  بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّ حِیْم ^ط

8 Intentions

for Purchasing Animals for Qurbani

Sacred Hadis: “Intention of a Muslim is better than his deed”                                      (Mojamul kabeer Vol6, Hadis 5942)

I make intention that:

I am going to purchase the animal for the pleasure of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ and to act upon the Sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم and  the Sunnah of Hazrat Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

I will avoid asking all kind of useless questions, For example: I will not ask the price of animals unnecessarily.

I will not bother sitting animals having them stood up to open their mouth so as to examine their teeth through their sellers needlessly.

I will not lie while purchasing and other activities, but I will avoid telling lies for the rest of my life.

I will be punctual for offering Salah and follow other Shar’ee rulings during the purchases.

I will refrain myself from throwing sinful glances
