If a person lies once in Makkah, hurts another person’s feelings once, commits backbiting once, bears false tales once, or commits any other sin just once, this will equal to committing that sin 100,000 times. In any other place of the world, perhaps they would not have committed any one of these sins that many times in the duration of their entire lives, but just by doing so once in Makkah, they have earned 100,000 sins instantly. Whilst avoiding every possible sin, we should spend all of our time in Makkah doing every act of worship we can. In relation to this, let us listen to the importance and blessings of performing tawaaf of the Kaaba.

The Kaaba will be brought forth on the Day of Judgement in Gold Chains

Sayyiduna Wahb bin Munabbih رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ states: It is mentioned in the Torah that on the Day of Judgement, Allah Almighty will send forth 700,000 of His close angels and each of them will be carrying a gold chain. Allah Almighty will say, “Go! Tie the Kaaba in these gold chains and bring it to the plains of assembly.” The angels will tie the Kaaba in gold chains and pull it. One angel will say, “O Kaaba, move!” The Kaaba will reply, “I will not go until my request is fulfilled.” An angel will exclaim, “Ask!” The Kaaba will say in the court of Allah Almighty, “O Allah! Accept my intercession in favour of the believers buried in my vicinity.” The Kaaba will hear a voice, “I have fulfilled your request.”

Sayyiduna Wahb bin Munabbih رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ   further mentions: Then, the deceased buried in Makkah will be raised and their faces will be bright. They will be gathered near the Kaaba, in a state of Ihram, chanting the talbiyah. The angels will say, “O Kaaba, come now!” The Kaaba will reply, “I will not go until my request is fulfilled.” A voice of an angel will be heard from the sky, “Ask and you will be given.” The Kaaba will plead, “O Allah Almighty! The sinners who came from afar, covered in dust, having left their family, children and loved ones; they performed the
