Book Name:Chughli Ka Azaab-o-Chughal Khor Ki Mozammat
Tale-telling separates people. Tale-telling creates doubts and uncertainties among each other. Tale-telling creates hatred in the hearts for each other. Tale-telling removes trust for one another. A person who considered it to be insignificant had his life taken because of it. Due to the ill-effects of tale-telling, doubts were created among those who were living a happy and prosperous life. Due to tale-telling, both, the husband and wife died and such a fight and massacre occurred amongst their relatives, which led to over 100 people dying. We seek Allah’s refuge [اَلْاَمَان وَالْحَفِیْظ]. Therefore, refrain from tale-telling yourself as well as encourage others to refrain from it too. May Allah Almighty protect us from quarrels, fights, tale-telling and all sins!

If we study the biographies of the righteous predecessors, we see their practice of not immediately believing any negative news about someone. Instead, they would deal with the situation tactfully, offering their wisdom and advice. Let us go through four instructive parables in this regard.

Hujjat al-Islam, Sayyiduna Imam Muhammad Ghazali رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْه has narrated:
