Remaining rules for setting up donation stalls

   ٭Make receipt books available at donation stalls in an appropriate quantity so that receipts can be handed over to the donors on time.

   ٭Keep receipt books very safely so that they may not fall into wrong hands.

   ٭Keep a diary, notebook, register, pad, pens, etc. at the donation stalls, and keep registering the record in a diary etc. along with filling in the receipt books immediately in order to avoid the chances of any mistakes in specifying the donation deposited for a specific purpose.

   ٭You should safely keep the diary or pad etc. as well in which you enter your record of donations so that it is available to resolve any issue when it is required.

   ٭The pamphlet ‘Dawat-e-Islami kay Khidmat-e-Deen kay 108 Shu’bajat [Dawat-e-Islami’s 108 departments for serving Islam]’ and the booklets ‘Islaah-e-Ummat mayn Dawat-e-Islami ka Kirdaar [Dawat-e-Islami’s role in reforming the Ummah]’ and ‘Dawat-e-Islami ki Jhalkiyan [Highlights of Dawat-e-Islami]’ should be made available in reasonable quantities at the donation stall. A blessed Hadees states: تَھَادَوْا تَحَابُّوا i.e. ‘exchange gifts with one another, affection for each other will grow.’ (Muwatta Imam Maalik, vol. 2, pp. 407, Hadees 1731) With the intention of acting upon this blessed Hadees, gift [these pamphlets and booklets] to the donors from your own pocket as much as you can afford.
